A request is taking longer than expected
Check progress before starting the same job again.
Check the work
Look for progress in the original chat or creative card. Work involving external services can take longer than a simple reply. Avoid submitting the same request repeatedly while it is still running.
Report a stalled request
If progress has stopped or the app shows an error, use Settings → Report app issue. Include what you asked for, the approximate time, and a screenshot if useful. Contact team@mairko.ai if you cannot open the app.
