Terms of Service

Mairko is a marketing product. You get a workspace, a chat, and the connections you choose to attach to a brand. By using the Mairko website, iOS app, or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and able to accept these Terms for yourself or the business you represent. Don’t use Mairko to break the law, spam people, or impersonate a brand you don’t control.

2. Your content and license

You keep the rights to the brand materials you upload. You give us permission to use them to run the product — learn the brand, generate work, send through the channels you connect, and keep the workspace working.

Work Mairko produces is for you to use in that brand’s marketing. You’re responsible for what you publish, including ads, emails, social posts, and claims.

3. Integrations

Integrations (ads, social, commerce, inbox, analytics, and similar) are optional. When you connect one, you authorize Mairko to act through that account within the scopes that platform shows you. You can disconnect from Integrations. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms and policies.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You’re responsible for activity under your account. Do not attempt to disrupt the Services, reverse engineer them except where allowed by law, scrape them abusively, or use them to harm others. We can suspend or close an account that abuses the product. You can delete yours in Settings → Sign in & security (or by contacting us).

5. Billing

Billing is pay as you grow where applicable: a balance, auto-recharge, and optional add-ons. Features and prices may change. Paid features are subject to any order, plan, or pricing page presented at purchase.

6. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, or pricing. We’ll use your email to notify you about availability and related product updates unless you ask us to stop.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated marketing will meet any particular performance outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mairko and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim (or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid us).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated date on this page. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If something here conflicts with a later written order or plan, that later document wins for the paid piece.
