Privacy Policy

Mairko (“Mairko,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing product: a workspace and chat that helps brands publish, write, design, run ads, and connect marketing channels. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Mairko website at mairko.ai, the Mairko iOS app, and related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in these categories:

Account information. Email address, name (if you provide it), authentication details from sign-in providers you choose (including Google Sign-In), passkeys, and session or device identifiers needed to keep you signed in securely.
Waitlist and contact details. If you join the waitlist or email us, we store the address and any message you send so we can reply or notify you when access is available.
Brand and workspace content. Materials you upload or generate in Mairko — brand assets, copy, chat messages, creative drafts, campaign settings, and related workspace data.
Integration credentials and metadata. When you connect a third-party service (for example ads, social, analytics, email, or commerce), we store tokens and account metadata needed to act on your behalf within the permissions that platform shows you.
Device and usage data. App version, device type, approximate diagnostics, and product usage events that help us keep the service reliable and secure. Push notification tokens if you enable notifications on iOS.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

Create and secure your account, and authenticate you
Operate your workspace, remember brand context, and generate marketing work you request
Send through integrations you connected, within the scopes you approved
Notify you about product status, security, billing, or support
Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data to data brokers or other third parties.

3. Google user data

If you sign in with Google or connect a Google product (for example Google Analytics or other Google APIs we support), we access only the data needed for the features you use, consistent with the OAuth scopes shown on Google’s consent screen.

Mairko’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features of Mairko that are prominent in the interface, not for independent advertising models, and not for selling personal data.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the product:

Service providers. Hosting, authentication (for example Clerk), analytics for our own product health, email delivery, and similar processors who act on our instructions.
Connected platforms. When you connect Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, SMS, or other integrations, data flows to those platforms under their policies so we can perform the actions you request.
Legal and safety. If required by law, or to protect users, Mairko, or others from fraud or abuse.

5. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for backups, disputes, or legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account; we then remove or anonymize personal data that is not required to retain.

6. Your choices and rights

Update email and login methods in account / Sign in & security settings in the app
Disconnect integrations at any time from Integrations
Turn off push notifications in iOS Settings or in-app notification settings
Delete your Mairko account in Sign in & security; this removes the account and workspace tied to it
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the email below to make a request.

7. Children

Mairko is built for business and marketing use. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data (encryption in transit, access controls, and secure authentication). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password or passkey and protect your devices.

9. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. We will post the updated date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
