Connect a platform

1. Select the brand that should own the connection.
2. Open Plugins from the sidebar or Settings, then choose the platform.
3. Choose Connect and complete the platform’s sign-in and permission flow.
4. Select an account if prompted, then return to Mairko and check the connection status.

If the connection fails

Retry the connection and read the platform’s error. Confirm you have access to the account you want to connect. Instagram connections require a professional Business or Creator account. If you see “Invalid redirect_uri”, report the issue with the platform name and a screenshot; no password or access token is needed.
