Manage auto-recharge
Review your top-up settings and saved card.
Set your preferences
Open Settings → Billing → Auto-recharge. Review the balance threshold, recharge amount, and payment method before enabling or changing it.
If a payment fails
Check the payment method and available balance in Billing. If a charge looks wrong, contact team@mairko.ai with the date, amount, and invoice reference. Do not send your full card number or security code.
